COACH Jaquelin Aguirre
- Journey to Yoga: Born and raised in South Los Angeles, CA, Jaquelin witnessed many of the difficulties that many in the community endure. At an early age Jaquelin knew she wanted to serve her community but did not know exactly how to. Once in Oklahoma, Jaquelin found her way around and through college and was not quite sure what she wanted to study. By the time she graduated college she had an idea on how she wanted to serve the community. Through her work experience she realized that there was a lack of mental health services often resulting in long waitlists and costs for uninsured being high. From personal experience Jaquelin saw yoga as therapeutic. For that reason she chose to go through YTT to be able to offer what helped her to others in the community. Jaquelin looks forward to teaching your child breathing techniques, meditation and yoga postures in an effort to to improve emotional regulation, attention, self-awareness, self-esteem, strength, flexibility, concentration and self-discipline
